When our estimator arrives, they conduct a complete inspection of your roofing system, including the surface materials, flashing, gutters, soffit and fascia, and any accessible attic space. We take notes and photographs to document the current condition of your roof and identify any issues that need to be addressed.

An Honest Assessment

We tell you exactly what we see, including good news and concerns. If your roof has significant remaining life and doesn't need replacement yet, we'll say so. If there are issues that warrant attention, we explain them clearly and present your options without pressure. Our goal is to give you accurate information, not to sell you work you don't need.

A Clear, Detailed Quote

Your written estimate includes a complete description of all proposed work, the materials to be used, the scope and timeline of the project, and the total cost. We don't do vague estimates or hidden fees. What you see in the estimate is what you pay.
